At GiftShift.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re here to help with returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized or customized gifts

    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

    • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., chocolates, cakes, flowers)


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.


3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method:

  • Online payments (Razorpay, Payu, UPI, cards) – refunded back to your source account

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – refunded via bank transfer (you will be asked to provide account details)


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact your bank or payment service for processing updates.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund as applicable.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
